Our Landscape Maintenance Package
Trimming, pruning, elimination of weeds, and removal of debris. We will automatically visit every other month spring through fall, and will maintain the landscape beds keeping your property looking its best year round
Maintenance Package (4 Visits) Includes the following
Spring Cleanup & Bed Edge: prepare all mulch bed areas for re mulching, clean out debris and shovel edge
Bushes, Shrubs, & Perennials : monitoring the growth of landscape plantings, remove any dead or damaged branches, and trimming shrubs and perennials when appropriate; includes fall cut back of grasses, rose pruning, deadheading etc
Pruning Trees: monitoring the growth of trees to remove unwanted branches under 15 ft in height.
Hard Surface Spraying: As needed spraying weeds in parking lots and sidewalks and / or gravel areas
Bed Vegitation Control: keeping landscape in good appearance and weed free condition by hand pulling or spot spraying. As needed, spray weed killer in landscape beds (mulch and / or rock) & use of premergent to prevent unwanted growth
Spring Mulching (1 visit)
We also deliver & install mulch!
Each year in the spring; after our first maintenance visit is completed the landscape beds will be prepared and a new layer of mulch installed.
